About me
Hello and welcome to my site!

Here is a little about me.
Following my studies and career in education (BSc in Primary Education, 2006), I pursued studies in dance/movement psychotherapy (MSc Queen Margaret University, 2011 with distinction). I am also a qualified clinical supervisor (Creative Approaches to Supervision, London Centre for Psychodrama, 2019).

Rooted in dance/movement psychotherapy, my clinical approach integrates concepts and practices from humanistic, psychodynamic and embodied psychotherapy. I have a special interest and I have been training in the application of sensorimotor psychotherapy, embodied parts theory and the neurobiology of attachment. I have found from personal and professional experience that movement, embodiment and the creative process hold a vital force which enables the person to understand the depths of an experience & behaviour and to move towards meaningful solutions and change.
My purpose is to create a nurturing therapeutic relationship and a safe environment where people work through their vulnerabilities, explore inner resources and find new ways to relate with the self and the world around. This is a welcoming space for people of all identities and backgrounds.

I consistently pursue regular CPD trainings and clinical supervision. I abide by the UKCP and ADMP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
