About me
Hello and welcome to my site!

Here is a little about me.
Following my studies and career in education (BSc in Primary Education, 2006), I pursued studies in dance/movement psychotherapy (MSc Queen Margaret University, 2011 with distinction). I am also a qualified clinical supervisor (Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision, London Centre for Psychodrama, 2019).

Rooted in dance/movement psychotherapy, my clinical approach integrates humanistic and psychodynamic principles and practices, alongside somatic practices such as Authentic Movement and Somatic Experiencing.
I have a special interest and I have been training in the application of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, embodied Parts Theory and the neurobiology of attachment.

I have found, through both personal and professional experience, that a trusting therapeutic relationship and a space where movement, imagery, stillness, dialogue and stories emerge are deeply transformative. These are the vital ingredients which enable a person to understand the depths of their experience & behaviour, and to move towards growth and healing.
My practice is neurodiversity-informed and a welcoming space for people of all identities and backgrounds. .

I consistently pursue regular CPD trainings and clinical supervision. I abide by the UKCP and ADMP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
