Adult Psychotherapy
My work is experiential and relational.
The journey to change and healing is unique to each person and in that sense I offer space for verbal dialogue, somatic practices and creativity to respond to your needs and preferred ways of being in therapy.
I will meet and listen to you just as you are; therapy sessions are a safe, nurturing space to process family wounds, overwhelming feelings, like shame, anxiety and sadness, current relational difficulties and inner stuckness or ambivalence in a way that feels meaningful.
The structure, content and length of the therapy are co-created within the therapeutic relationship.
I welcome people to bring their whole experience; feelings, thoughts, somatic information & movement, behavioural patterns and any transpersonal aspects of the self.
I think of therapy as a special space where your whole self feels safe to relax, gain insights and feel empowered. It is a place to reconnect with your abilities, discover new possibilities for comfort and joy and find new ways to relate with the world around you.
No previous experience with movement or bodywork is required.
