Adult Psychotherapy
My work is experiential and relational.
The journey to change and healing is unique to each person and in that sense I offer space for verbal dialogue, somatic practices and creativity (like drawing and chairwork) to respond to your needs and preferred ways of being in therapy.

I will meet and listen to you just as you are; therapy sessions are a safe, nurturing space to process themes like family wounds, overwhelming feelings, such as shame, anxiety and sadness, current relational difficulties and inner stuckness or ambivalence in a way that feels meaningful. Together, we will explore how your life experiences, personal movement, thoughts, feelings and beliefs relate to one another, supporting greater self-understanding, growth and healing.
The structure, content and length of the therapy are co-created within the therapeutic relationship.

Therapy is a special space where your whole self feels safe to relax, gain insights and feel empowered. It is a place to reconnect with your abilities, discover new possibilities for comfort and joy and find new ways to relate with the world around you.

Alongside my broader psychotherapy practice, I facilitate individual and group work on: trauma healing, family wounds, OCD, chronic pain, anxiety, self-esteem, body/self image, addictions/substance use, fertility issues, peri- and post-natal period, depression and unexplained physical symptoms.
