Clinical Experience
I have always had a special interest in human nature and how we relate to each other across our lifespan. My studies and clinical experience include work with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, such as special and mainstream schools, NHS mental health wards (South London and Maudsley NHS and Central and North West London NHS) and the charity sector. I am currently working as a senior psychotherapist in central Brighton with adults experiencing complex trauma and with people who misuse substances.
Furthermore, I have an extensive clinical experience working with children and teens experiencing ADHD, autism, relational trauma and difficulties in family life and interpersonal relationships. My expertise includes supporting young people and adults to manage symptoms like anxiety, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, flashbacks and substance misuse.

I have also facilitated creative self-care groups for young women and people who identify as women who self-harm (U.K.), groups for adolescents involved in knife crime (U.K.) and embodied personal development workshops (Greece).
