My work is experiential and relational.
​The journey to change and healing is unique for each person and in that sense I offer space for cognitive work & verbal dialogue, somatic practices and creativity to respond to my clients’ needs and preferred ways of being in therapy.

Children/Teens
Psychotherapy
Young children and adolescents undergo significant changes and transitions in their lives. Friendships, entering adolescence, exploring identity and self/body-image are common themes in this age group. Other times, a health issue, a loss in the family or developmental trauma might occur.

I offer individual and joint sessions with parents/carers to support

Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision sessions (regular or as consultations) to professionals working in the fields of psychotherapy, counselling, education, medical and social care. Clinical supervision supports the supervisee
Clinical experience
I have always had a special interest in human nature and how we relate to each other across our lifespan. My studies and clinical experience includes work with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, such as special and mainstream schools, NHS mental health wards (South London and Maudsley NHS and Central and North West London NHS) and the charity sector.

Here is a little about me.
Following my studies and career in education (BSc in Primary Education, 2006), I pursued studies in dance/movement psychotherapy (MSc Queen Margaret University, 2011 with distinction). I am also a qualified clinical supervisor (Creative Approaches to Supervision, London Centre for Psychodrama, 2019).
